Every time I visit, the same employee either has great, positive energy or is extremely dry and comes off rude. It is always one or the other. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand bad days happen, but consistency matters, especially when customers are expected to tip. Overall, this is a good place with quality drinks. The customer service consistency just needs some improvement.

Maybe moving too fast etc. Updated review- 6 times in a row now I’ve had to send my drink back due to it being completely wrong. Each time I send it back, I’m met with disgruntled employees who roll their eyes
