As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This time all 3 of our burgers were the wrong order, but we noticed after we drove away. They forgot one of our fries. And the coke we got had been sitting out for a while, flat, warm, and watered down from the ice melted I assume. If this had been the first time we went I wouldn’t go back, but hopefully our next experience will be better. Paid 40$ to almost receive nothing we had ordered. (Ordered 04/06/2026 10:56)

Then i had to drove almost 20 minutes to pick up an order to find out they closed at 1:50 am and i had to drive back for anither 20 minutes waisted my time some a worker git out another closing the register and when she saw me turned off the light was so suspicious and weired and waste of my time i will accept less orders from them from now on
