  This Wendy’s is by far the worst fast food experience in Southport. The staff is consistently rude, and every visit turns into an unnecessary wait. Somehow you end up sitting at the drive-thru for 5+ minutes before anyone even acknowledges you or asks for your order. Today I stopped by just to grab a drink, waited with no one at the window or saying anything, and finally asked if they were even open. Instead of a simple response, the employee yelled that she “couldn’t take orders.” Almost every time you pass this location, it looks empty, and now it makes sense why. Poor service and no sense of customer care. Definitely not worth the stop.

  Absolutely no customer..had lobby shut down only person in drive thru. Had to sit and wait for our food just to get cold food.french fries cool to the touch and soggy!There was 5 different people in there working!

  Everyone And I Mean "EVERYONE" Except 1 Person Was On Their Phones. The Cashier's For The Front, The Cashier's For The Drive Thru, The People Making The Burgers, The Managers. There Was 1 Older Woman That Was Not On Her Phone. The Service Was Slow Here, As Is Everytime I Have Ever Gone To This Wendy's. They Gave Me My Food, I Had To Inturn Hand It Right Back, Because Everything Was Cold. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT EATING HERE. GO TO JERSEY MIKE'S NEXTDOOR... SERIOUSLY... IT DON'T BELIEVE ME, AND YOU'LL SOON FIND OUT.

  If i could give less than 1 star i would. Staff is rude and inattentive. Food order is almost always wrong or stale. They constantly run out of food , close the dining room and force anyone who ordered pickup at counter orders to wait in the drive thru to get there already made food that is cold by the time you get it. Wendy’s needs to either just close up shop at this location or get a a team in there that is even somewhat competent. And looking at the other reviews a lot of people share this same sentiment. I know it’s fast food but do better.
