  I asked for a meat and cheese taco with nothing on it but meat and cheese. I open my wrapped taco bite into it and guess what! It’s only lettuce… yup LETTUCE no meat no cheese just LETTUCE AND TORTILLA what the heck!? The rest of my order was fine but that I mean come on Taco Bell do better! Will no longer be coming to this location.

  This place is very unwelcoming. No one even acknowledges you've walked in. The kiosks are confusing to people my age, and I was paying cash. It took 30 minutes for the manager to take my money, and another 10 minutes to make my order. One gentleman even walked out before his cash was taken. They only had two employees working, and they were overwhelmed with Door Dash and drive-thru orders. I know they are doing their best with only 2 employees. Being short staffed constantly has made me consider other options to dine. The manager was apologetic, and gave me coupons for free tacos, but I don't have the time to wait for them.

  We placed a mobile order at 9:09pm. My fiancé went inside to wait. Over an hour later (10pm ish) our order was marked as ready but was not given. I left with my toddler around 10:45 (way after bed time) and had my family put him to sleep. I went back (11:15ish) and our order was still not ready. My fiancé did not walk out with our food until 12:04 (midnight). They refused refunds and called the cops on the customers, however the cops took the customers side and waited in there for well over an hour to make sure the workers made the food.

  i was just at taco bell for 2 hours, the cops were called on us however the cops sided with us and told the employees to get to work. i was supposed to be there for a quick (FAST food) 10 or so minutes and missed my window for my birth control and am now feeling sick due to it. ALSO they continued to mess up our order. (chalupas were wrong, tacos were missing, chicken nuggets were missing, and we got a burrito that no one ordered.) no compensation or reimbursement was given at all. there were also at least 5 other orders that were not given and we watched several more people leave without food or a refund.
