Most of the employees are rude and look like they hate their life. Tired of paying $3 for a taco with 0.01 ounces of meat on it. Every time I get something with the potato bites they are rock hard and almost break my teeth. I love Taco Bell which is why I keep giving them a chance but not anymore. Thanks.

It was visibly clear that they were short staff during weekend. 2 employees attending the drive thru rush and 1 person making the food. If it wasn't formy child's love for the food, we would have canceled our order and demanded for a refund. The staff short handed, did their best given the circumstances and maintained a positive attitude, and that was admirable. So if you are not in a hurry and have some time to kill during the weekend, then go ahead and order some Taco Bell, but if NOT, then I suggest you go elsewhere. Shame on you Taco Bell.
