YOU WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. I get it somedays are harder than others but it’s every single time i walk into that subway it’s TERRIBLE energy

Not sure why the rating is low since we have never come across an issue, and have only had good experiences + customer service. Note: Raheem only leaves 1 star ratings wherever he goes, so you can completely disregard him.

Ordered online on the app, they forgot half the meal so we went back in. Got home and a wrap was smaller than a 6” sub AND THEY FORGOT THE MEAT ON A ALL AMERICAN CLUB WRAP. Last time few times they couldn’t do salads cause they don’t have lids, and if you ask for extra meat you don’t get it. I don’t know if people just aren’t properly trained or if their employees can’t read a simple order but this is terrible. Thank you for my lettuce, pickle, Mayo wrap.
