- JMJames MathewsFeb 17, 20261.0Sat in the curbside area for a half hour before deciding to get my child out of the car seat and go inside to see what was going on. 5 car side orders were just sitting there and the employee stated that it was just him working and it would still be a few minutes before he could get it out but I was welcome to grab it. I took the order meant for my car spot. The food was cold, missing all the drinks in the order, and had an additional order of nuggets from someone elses order in it. If the staff cant handle mobile orders there needs to be a way for them to disable this function so that this doesn’t continue to occur

The store and building is new and clean but it’s the staff and food here that unusually bad. I live2 minutes from this store and it’s my last resort for food options. The food sits under the heat laps and is dried out constantly but tonight’s issue was a mobile order was wrong, I asked them to add the missing items and the gave me crap for it. And then the manager got pissy because I had to go for a third round through the drive thru because it was still wrong. Avoid this location and these “people” at this location. Yes McDonald’s, already submitted feedback and still no call so don’t even try to make this sound good
