    Ordered 30 minutes ago and when reached store they said please wait for 10 more minutes just for 1 thing have to wait for 45 minutes its not good

    my first issue was ordering, their a.i ordering system got half my order wrong then when i pull up to the window a lady was HALF NACKED in the kitchen and they guy she was talking to was smoking a vape in the back giving me nasty looks, when i finally got my food and paid and left the fries were undercooked and still partially frozen! i will not be returning to this location

    Had 3 sides to choose from then got told that a drink isn't included with my meal when the menu on the wall VERY CLEARLY states that it in fact DOES

    They don't serve walk-in customers here. I walked in and the numerous employees milling around behind the counter looked at me like they didn't know how I got there. I waited for about 5 minutes without a single one of them saying a word to me, though a couple did dare to make momentary eye contact. I gave up and went over to Jersey Mike's instead. You can get an actual meal there for the same price as Bojangles charges for 3 and a half shriveled "supremes," a few leathery pieces of potato-like substance, and a cup of watery semi-sweet tea anyways.
