  My family and I went in on a cold, rainy Friday night this past weekend and it was about 30 minutes prior to closing. We expected the two young men working would not be pleased with us showing up so late as we were the only customers in the store. However, they greeted us pleasantly with a smile and professionalism, were friendly, made our food and smoothies quickly. Everything was very tasty and they had no problem with us sitting in the restaurant to enjoy our food. We were appreciative of this yummy quick spot to enjoy a fortifying meal on an otherwise yucky evening. Thanks guys!

  It might be difficult to believe but smoothies are different at each Tropical smoothie and this particular Cafe makes the best ones! The owner and staff are always pleasant and efficient. You can really appreciate a place when you see the owner behind the counter taking orders and working with her staff!

  I wasn't even greeted when I walked in. When I was placing my order the person working rolled her eyes at me. Once my food was done she threw it on the counter and walked off. I was looking around minding my own business and she assumed that I was staring at her to which she commented "can I help you?" With a snotty attitude. Other customers walked in and had to wait to give their order due to the employees all sitting in the back talking. Overall - not a good experience. Owner should address the customer service issues.
