Worst outback I’ve ever been to! My fiancé and I went and was put on a wait list and was told it would be an 25-30min wait around 7:27pm, which was fine 8pm came we went back inside to wait due to not receiving a text yet. Parties was called that was waiting after us and at this time it was 8:30pm we waited over an hour and once I told the lady that was sitting who put us on the wait list that she just sat a group that was just put on the list list 5 mins ago is being took their table and we’ve been waiting over an hour she stated “ you’re on the wait list” I stated yes and she still seated them not even trying to acknowledge us!!!

My BF and I went there this evening for his Birthday. We sat there for 20 minutes with several wait staff passing out table without saying a word and when we made eye contact to try to get some service they avoided us. I got up and went to seek help. After Al, it is his birthday. I found a waiter at the kitchen opening and after telling her our wait time and explaining it was his Birthday. She said she would get the Mgr. I went back to my table and was met right away by a young lady. Whom was polite and helpful. She took our order and said she would be right back with drinks. Then we waited. Then I saw her speaking to a man and pointing our way, so I guessed he must be our server. Listen, I used to be in this business so I do give grace. Then we waited some more. The “Manager@ came by and said te usual. Your appetizer will be free. We didn’t want free we wanted service. Anyway, eventually the server made his way over to us and brought drinks. Ok yay! We are on our way, right?!?! Nope. He brought us our appetizer, famous Blooming onion. Well, it was burnt! Ugh 😣, but hey, it was free! So the moral of my long story is, for the rest of our time there we did get our food but the server was sub par at best and we won’t be returning. Because listen, if people complain, they should become a priority and make sure the rest of the evening s at least acceptable. It was not. They weren’t even busy. Thumbs down Outback! You used to be a top restaurant.

The worst restaurant I've eaten at in recent memory, especially considering the exorbitant prices. The asparagus was limp, twice. The grilled shrimp was overdone. The ahi tuna was rare, about it was also cold. It took forever to get the meal. Ruined a special evening.
