  Bobby, who I thought was a manager, Chastised employees while I waited to be seated. I asked for a manager, and none were to be found. After 15 minutes of no service after seating, I left. I'm sorry to see restaurants and service stoop so low to not want my business.

  The food was pretty good. it seemed like they only had one waiter to wait multiple tables so she wasn’t really to involved in our table. my biggest complaint is the bathroom walking into it the floor was wet every time i stepped on it water would come out.

  Great stuff great food service and atmosphere. I've never had a bad experience. The foods always cooked well and taste great. The prices are always decent. I enjoy it go a few times a year. Hope you enjoy as well.

  I have not been to this location in several years and was shocked at its decline when I visited this past Saturday. We arrived at 4, so the restaurant would have plenty of time to clean after the lunch hour. The restrooms were deplorable, I visited the ladies and my husband commented on the men’s restroom as well. The dining area had food and debris all over the floor. The steak was not quality, very tough and chewy. I have no plans to ever return to this location.

  So the only complaint was that the food was pretty slow... however it was Valentines evening. So there has to be some level of understanding. The food was great, a little under on the cook of the steaks, but barely, which once again, when you choose to eat on inherently super busy days, there will be some failures (all minimal in this case). However when they are super busy you can really see their mettle. The service was awesome and with a Cajun flair. He checked on us frequently and apologized for the tiny issues, while making sure he could do what he could for us. Hostesses were knowledge polite and still very upbeat on a hectic night. I dinged the food only because the cook times were long even for a busy night, especially if they were still undercooked steaks and potatoes that looked like they tried to add condiments on the way out with a catapult. They were all yhere but presentation matters, especially when your busy! Saying this, 100% would go back, the delmonaco ribeyes were killer and we liked the atmosphere (tables weren't too close and lighting was great), and of course... the service (the highlight).
