  Their ho, ho, mint mocha is incredible. The staff is always friendly whenever we go, and they grind the coffee there fresh for you when you buy it. best coffee ever!

  Excited to see a caribou on my vacation only to drive away without coffee. At 8am they only had dark roast and were out of milk. They had almond, coconut, oat, but for some reason cow milk is too much to ask for.

  It's unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place. We first tried Caribou exactly a year ago today, and our first experience was amazing. We had it delivered to our house and the espresso in both of our drinks was perfect. We then started going to the store for our normal coffee runs. After the first couple of weeks, the lattes we were ordering started having issues... burnt shots, no flavor, etc. At first, when we would get drinks that weren't made correctly, we would ask them to remake them. Sometimes that was okay and the employees were polite. Other times the employees acted put out, and the remade drinks weren't much better. It got to the point that most of the drinks we ordered (especially when we had them delivered) were just bad or weren't even what we ordered. Eventually, we had to make the decision to start going to other places because most of the drinks we were getting were just made with zero effort. We were sad about it because we knew how good the drinks here could be. Today, we wanted to order from Caribou because we really missed it. We received the drinks, one of them was the wrong size, and both of them were so bad that they weren't even drinkable. Burnt shots, no flavoring in either one, and watery. Honestly, I don't know what happened, but I really hope whoever owns this establishment will do a full audit. It would be really nice to be able to come back here and just receive the drinks we order the way they're supposed to be made. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but for us this experience has unfortunately become the norm :( On a positive note, their food is almost always good though.

  I just left Caribou - it’s 10:57 on 11/25/25. I ordered a cup of coffee and a muffin. The coffee is leaking (a lot) under the lid onto my console. There is not a single napkin in my bag with my muffin. The coffee is making a mess and I have absolutely nothing to clean it up with. I’m in a rental car so I do not have extra napkins in my vehicle. A napkin - or 2 would have been nice and a non leaky cup would have been better. I had to come back to add —- when I pulled the muffin out of the bag - it crumbled into a million pieces in my lap and rental vehicle. Still no napkin. Now this vehicle needs to be vacuumed. Another addition - Now, I go to transfer out of the rental and back into my car. As I pick up the bag the 2 muffins were in, the bottom of the bag falls apart and out falls the 2nd muffin - getting crumbs everywhere- thank goodness- not like the first muffin. Wow! What an event. I promise this is not made up.
