Our waitress Shirley was high, the manager condoned her behavior and they both were nasty to Nate when he was the only one that was nice to us. We used to frequent BWW and will not be returning.

The only employee that imprved my experience was the host Nathan. He was kind and made every effort to improve our experience. This was an awful experience except for Nathan.

Despite the restaurant being nearly empty and lots of staff working, the staff didn’t seem interested in seating us, taking our order, or waiting on us. We think our waitress took 2 smoke breaks during our meal. No other server would make eye contact with us when we just needed to ask for silverware and condiments they previously forgot to bring us. Bummer! We will not be back.
