The staff ignored our request, walked away, and whispered among themselves. Only after asking a second time did another server bring the bowl. As Asian customers, it felt uncomfortable to be treated this way—especially at an Asian restaurant. Unfortunately, we will not be returning

He was so kind and you could tell he really has great customer service. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate this quality. It’s not every day you walk in somewhere and are greeted with a smile. He even gave me a cup to taste all the teas and pick my fav one out. Highly recommend the Hibiscus Tea. You get lots of wonderful, healthy options to choose from for your dishes and the portion sizes were perfect for around 8-10 people. As always, the food was very delicious! Our employees loved the spread so much that, we will definitely be doing this again for future business events. We also have several employees and friends that struggle with dietary restrictions, so it can be hard to find catering options that they can eat safely. Having this as an option now is going to be so helpful! We also appreciate our server, AJ. :) She was very friendly, helpful, and focused on customer service first and foremost! We all voted to give the experience a 10 out of 10 and will be doing this again. Thanks so much for making catering an option!
