- LGLynn G5 days ago2.0I use to give this place 5 stars but I just deleted that review. I am gluten intolerant so this was a major win for me when this opened. I have had at least 7 bad experiences before I decided to write this new review. I think it’s the workers that have caused this place to go downhill. They seem irritated to help you even when it’s not busy. They are out of a lot of things often. Sometime the rice is cooked to a mush. I really dislike that even though avocado is an up charge, they no longer give a full scoop. Usually this is because they are running low. We are talking less than half a scoop. The salmon is burnt to a crisp almost every time. Also, they need to at least have salt available. There is absolutely no seasoning. Everyone working just has an I don’t care attitude and it shows in the product being pushed out. I’m super sad this place went downhill so fast.

All the chairs will be up and Usually the food is all put away or ran out without any more being prepared to sell. It advertises open late on the weekends and I arrived on a Saturday at 9:01pm. The nice gentleman made me whole bowl a got to the protein a was out of everything I asked for. so he had to throw it all out. Isn’t that more of a waste then to sell to a costumer? Very false advertising.

When he finished ringing someone up he came to the beginning of the line to start our order. Said absolutely nothing only held up the two bowIs and I picked the one I wanted and told him one scoop of white white rice. He proceeded to put more than one when I stopped him. He looked at me like a slapped him. This young guy continued to use the same attitude the whole time. I forgot to ask for broccoli and when I did ask he let out a sigh and rolled his eyes. He came back and took our money. He did not say 10 words the whole time. On top of that he did not give us our drink cups and walked off. We had to reach around to get our cups. I guess what ever he was listening to with his ear pods was much more important than customers. The food was good but the customer was despicable. He would be better suited washing dishes.
