  Really extremely disappointed with buffalo wild wings, we went in the dining room is 40% full plenty of seating, the hostess told me I gotta goto the kitchen before I can seat you she was gone 10 minutes and I told my wife we were leaving im not waiting that long when there are that many empty tables, what did you have to check on?disgusted left and went to Chili's.

  Avoid! 2 hours and still no food. I try to be understanding with restaurants, especially with a big group, but this was just not handled well. Two people in our group never got their food until more than two hours later, despite us asking several times. Each time we got a different answer about what was happening. Meanwhile, the rest of us had finished eating and were just sitting there waiting. The billing process was also messy and inaccurate. It made the whole night more stressful than it needed to be.

  So a couple of weeks ago me and my girlfriend go and dine in and I order my food ans she orders hers and there is barley anyone there and we wait like 45 minutes for her food what ever but my food never comes out and we try to flag down our server and she rolls her eyes and tells us it'll be out in a few minutes I say ok cool so me and my girl eat her food and we wait an additional 20-30 minutes and at this point I'm done so I get her to bring me the check and she puts the food i didn't get on the ticket!! And when I ask her to take it off she huffed and puffed not once did I receive an apology for the food I never received or for any inconvenience. I didn't really expect one or need one but it was genuinely the disrespect, carelessness and annoyance of our server that upsets me. Please do better

  Here we go, Im gonna hold myself accountable for showing up at 945pm and they close at 10pm on a Sunday, but I still dont deserve treatment the way I did if you couldn't fulfill my order because it was to late then say so but please dont start talking shit under your breathe complaining how you closed the front and the back by yourself and we have the audacity to show up during hours of operation and on top of that the burger was under cooked the wing was over cooked and the onion ring taste refried and we had to tell the manager that the bartender didn't ring us up because we're not that kind of people. I know that 1 person dont stop the show but bbw in Aberdeen southern pines you have definitely lost a loyal customer
