Recenty a girl at the has been working the drive through window with dark hair, piercings and wears all black…. She is incredibly rude and off putting. She acts like she hates her job, is really unattentive, and seems miserable. She makes smart ass remarks to customers and it's so disrespectful. It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth everytime I come there. I've seen her a few times and she always acts the same way. some friends of mine have said the same thing and remembered the girl too. I'm sure she treats more customers the same well. I'm sure management can find someone who will enjoy there job and can provide better customer service. It's time to let that girl go!
- SLSUMO LuluOct 21, 20252.0It's a little disruptive when you're just hungry and you want to pull into the drive-thru only to be told that they don't serve hot food at a certain time. Only ice cream is what the employee said they were selling. To close down the grill early due to a manager preference or a employee preference is non-professional. Needs to be addressed. Please fix problem. I do like this location and the food always seems to be hot and good. While the employees could use a little bit of customer service skills, this dairy Queen is still a great location.
