  They only had one Kiosk working but the girl at the register was on top of the issue and expedited all orders quickly.

  In all honesty, this McDonalds has gone down hill. Each time I have addressed things that need to be cleaned up, the worker acts as if he is too good to clean it. The dining area by drinks are always sticky and trash overfilled. The playroom is a constant mess. While the worker was told to clean up the mess, he picked up the paper from the straws and lids that were everywhere but did not attempt to wipe anything down where tea and other drinks were spilled. He never washed his hands afterwards because shortly after cleaning up, he went to the register to ring up other customers. Last straw on the camels back was while refilling drinks and turned to walk toward the door..I almost slipped and twisted the same knee I had surgery on. It seemed to have been something super slippery such as juice or grease. I truly believe this place can do better if they actually cared to keep it maintained and cleaned. Years ago, you wouldn’t see or imagine it being disgusting. Now, it’s a big disappointment.

  The absolute worst mcdonalds I've been to, we only live a mile away from this mcdonalds, but the wait is atrocious every time we go. We can go all the way to the one on brightleaf with a full line and be back before we get our order done here, with no one in line. Constantly missing items, staff seems to have 0 idea what they're doing. It's supposed to be fast food, not slow food!

  The guys served me well, but I had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to take my order. Honestly, they're not exactly fast here. It's not the first time I've bought anything, but today they really went too far.

  They are always over staffed and not focused I've seen times I've been waiting for assistance and an off the clock employee comes in then all of a sudden there two employees at the register ready to chit chat with the employee over the customer ( they need to bring Mystery Shoppers back ) the new generation has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction and ratings.
