- WBWen Bee2 days ago1.0Just got out of this place and peeled back the order sticker to see my husbands bowl was prepped last month. The based was very hard. It’s March 13th!!!! It’s kinda weirding my husband out. We are managers of a store and seeing this isn’t a good sign. No refund was offered or anything.

They don't smile, they don't even greet you or acknowledge you when you come in. When you're next up in line, you have to be the one to walk right up and talk first. They have nothing but attitudes, rude energy and bad service. I've tried giving this place a chance a few times, but it's always been meet with disappointment, rolled eyes, angry or depressed faces, and cold food. They always give you the food cold. It seems like the poor attitudes and customer service has been a continuing problem with this place, and even the other comments will tell you. If an employee doesn't want to be nice, greet you and smile, then they shouldn't be working on customer service. If you're shy, then you're in the wrong profession. Stop hiring unfriendly people! I won't be coming here again and I suggest you don't as well, unless you like unfriendly service , bad attitudes, unsanitary dirty bathroom and store, cold food, and watered down watery flavorless smoothies. This has all been a recurring theme at these places and nothing has changed
