  No me gusta, casi no pongo malos comentarios y les eh dado 3 oportunidades y siempre atienden mal, o te atienden cuando quieren, les haces alguna pregunta sobre el menu y te dice "nose" a quien le pregunto??

  I told them I wanted 2 strawberries Sabrina drinks and they gave us 2 berry ones and when I told them I wanted the strawberry ones they gave me attitude about not having that one and when I didn’t want the berry ones and wanted my money back they try to blame it on me saying I said the berry ones when I didn’t I am not oppress with the attitude I got

  Food and drinks are always correct and good. Service is usually quick. I always use the drive-thru and the app. Sometimes the window service person is grumpy and probably needs a little more customer service training. This location is in a small strip mall. Whoever owns that property, does not keep up with the landscaping, as it looks ragged all the way around outside. That's the only reason it wasn't a 5 star.

  I just ordered a 5 dollar meal and they got my order wrong. The food was okay but the coffee was way way too sweet. One sip of the ice coffee and it felt like I had drank pure sugar. I took one sip of the coffee and it tasted like I had taken a full spoon of sugar and ate it. I don't usually go to dunkin because anytime I do its the same problem. I dont get why you would make a drink taste like pure sugar? If I wanted sugar I would of requested that but this is not ice coffee. Its diabetes in a cup.
