  Highly DON'T recommend this BDubs Normally, we love going to BDubs in the sports off season cause the service is better; this was not true at this establishment. We were seated almost immediately but we waited for a whole 20 minutes before we even SAW our server and another 15 minutes before we got our drinks, which she didn't bring the right drinks. As she's bringing the correct drinks, mind you we've been in the restaurant for a good 30 minutes at this point, she reads our table's order before leaving to make sure she has everything correct, meaning she still hasn't put in our food order, and still read everything back incorrectly amd caught a slight attitude when everyone corrected their order as they're being read out. My order was brought out and NONE of the sauces I asked for were given. I normally give servers a lot of grace and try to be a very understanding customer but she only had 3 tables and this shouldn't have resulted in such terrible service. This is the WORST experience I've had.

  We had an okay visit overall. One thing we did enjoy was the trivia you can play through the app while you wait — it helped pass the time and made the experience a little more interactive. The food, though, was a bit inconsistent. The nachos didn’t seem very hot when they came out and they had a small amount of cheese compared to the other toppings. The bone-in wings with buffalo dry rub were crispy, but the seasoning wasn’t evenly distributed — most of it was clumped on one side instead of being a light, even dusting. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was what you’d expect from Buffalo Wild Wings, but the food could have been more consistent. Overall, not a bad visit, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered BONE-IN wings for delivery and this incompetent restaurant gave me boneless. Whatever system you guys have please fix it, because this is HIGHLY unprofessional. I will be calling cooperate as it seems this team has the comprehension skills of a rock. This is BEYOND ridiculous and this place deserves 1 star for even existing. Also, learn how to answer your company phone or just unplug it if you’re just going to ignore it. The Store Manager needs to be fired and General Manager.

  Ordered flats and they were super tiny. The order receipt paper was stuck to the wings, had to peel it off. The waitress was very nice though.
