  Honestly, nothing went wrong. I had dinner there and it was pretty standard for Buffalo wild wings location. It appeared a little bit short staffed with the service was friendly, and our waitress was professional. I don’t understand all the low reviews.

  The atmosphere was typical for a B-Dub. The food and service, on the other hand, SUCKED!! I ordered the new sweet chili wings with fries. My wife ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fries. My wings were tough as leather, cold, and dried out. I ordered 10 but could only suffer 5. My wife ate one. Couldn't stomach the other 4. My jaw hurt they were so tough. They did bring my wings out right away, which was surprising that they were so cold. The fries were equally as cold. After another 30 minutes or so, the waitress brought my wife's wrap out. A plain chicken wrap. Not the buffalo chicken wrap she ordered. It was also cold. Even after the waitress told her it took longer to cook the wrap than it did to cook wings. Then the waitress acted like it was an inconvenience when my wife asked for just a cup of buffalo sauce. The whole ordeal was just ridiculous. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back to this establishment. Lesson learned. We'll stick to the one in Wilmington.

  Worst dining experience ever. Waitress was polite and kind. Otherwise stay away from this place! They served my husband's meal with cold fries, he ate his meal/without fries on his own as I waited for mine. His fries and my meal came together, but mine was a partial of what was ordered. Terrible "kitchen" service will never return!!

  The bartender Brittany was amazing! Her hospitality was on point as well as her recovery. My wings came out cold, not once but twice and she was quick both times to correct the issue. Meanwhile, the manager sat at the table behind us the whole time we were here, which was basically 2 hours. Not once a hi, welcome in, I’m sorry, whatever it may be. For a very slow time, you’d think you’d make your rounds at the least. If Britt isn’t already a manager, you may want to consider making her one.

  Highly DON'T recommend this BDubs Normally, we love going to BDubs in the sports off season cause the service is better; this was not true at this establishment. We were seated almost immediately but we waited for a whole 20 minutes before we even SAW our server and another 15 minutes before we got our drinks, which she didn't bring the right drinks. As she's bringing the correct drinks, mind you we've been in the restaurant for a good 30 minutes at this point, she reads our table's order before leaving to make sure she has everything correct, meaning she still hasn't put in our food order, and still read everything back incorrectly amd caught a slight attitude when everyone corrected their order as they're being read out. My order was brought out and NONE of the sauces I asked for were given. I normally give servers a lot of grace and try to be a very understanding customer but she only had 3 tables and this shouldn't have resulted in such terrible service. This is the WORST experience I've had.
