  I used the last of my points today to get a mcchicken. Only part about that was I GOT EVERYTHING BUT THE CHICKEN?!?! Who the hell is in the kitchen here. The staff were completely useless, and seemed like they’d rather be dead than working here. Along with that I opened my Big Mac and all I see is lettuce what the hell is going on here.

  I have been coming here since I moved to Siler city about 15 years ago, I have always loved to come here after church on ocassion mostly Fridays and Saturdays. I know the staff they are always very friendly. I happen to come by Saturday night around 10:20 with my grandchildren for some ice cream after church the service was great friendly faces all around food was fresh and yummy i just had one problem. I am familiar with the staff and I was with my family when we saw one of the managers smoking outside. It was quite busy and it did take a bit to receive our ice cream and we were in line for a while at one point many cars started leaving the line due to the wait. I don’t think it is right for the other workers to be understaffed and running around while the manager is outside smoking. I wouldn’t like my grandkids to get the wrong idea otherwise it was a good experience per usual. I just hope the manager will be more willing to help her staff instead of smoking on the job while the other workers are struggling to get these orders out.

  This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. You have to order at the kiosk and grab a number to put on your table. The number sign says "Please place on your table and we'll bring your food to you" but the workers are too lazy to bring it out. Instead, they yell your number for you to come pick it up at the counter. The food quality was awful as well. I know you can't expect much from McDonald's but this was just terrible.
