Ordered a baconater with only lettuce tomato onion and mayo. I got a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles. This is the 4th time we have visited this Wendy's, and each time the order hasn't been right! Never again!!!!

After being interrupted I have to repeat my order for a second time and still can't get it right. Get to window, order is wrong but oh well. Took what they fixed. Is there a course that people can take that shows them how to prepare a sandwich properly? Ger my burgers and there is more condiments on the wrapper than on the sandwich! Obviously don't know the correct way or don't care. Probably both. If you know how to do something correctly, it's easier to fix it than to do it incorrectly. Absolutely pathetic. Fast food has gotten worse and worse. Maybe you can hire people older than teenagers that appreciate the opportunity to have a job and have enough people skills to make the customer feel appreciated. You have to pay people good enough to get service i guess!
