Then a lady calls named Kylie (claiming to be a manager) waits until the place is closed saying they couldn’t get a DoorDash driver and never made the food. So instead of calling and giving us an option to pick it up she made the decision for us and canceled our order. I asked her what she was going to do about this and she tells me I can call corporate and that’s about it. Really???? That’s how a manager handles a situation that is clearly on her?? The level of unprofessionalism that this “so called” manager displayed blows my mind. There are so many ways she could have handled this but she didn’t care. She was ready to go home and only thinking of herself. We would have came and got the order if we were given the chance. Never ever again!!!
