  This place has always had its issues, but recently I found out they have a new GM. He's doing his best to turn this place around, and for that it's five stars alone. You can see a vast improvement from a month ago, as the store looks cleaner and the customer service is definitely going up. Keep up the good work and good luck

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Watched the people in front of us in the drive thru come back inside and the the workers proceeded to give us that same bag. We declined it not knowing where it had been and they threw it in the trash. As we waited we watched the girl go get the bag of food out of the trash and take it to the kitchen. The manager has now said that she took it back there to keep it for herself as it was a lot of food to waste. We obviously don’t know if it was the same food she gave us or not as it was back behind and we confronted they had such big attitudes. Once calling up to the store to speak to the manager she did nothing but have an attitude and yell at me and then hung up on me. What a joke!

  Everytime I come here late at night they're always closing down early, came 20 minutes before close and they told me they had no meat because they're about to close and they got rid of it all, I asked if they had any steak and she said probably not even enough for a quesadilla, Tired of this...

  The service rating is a little misleading, as when service is fulfilled it as great an experience as any other TacoBell - however, after MULTIPLE attempts coming to this one, it is woefully understaffed in a severely detrimental way to the customer (long long waits for orders to even be taken let alone made) for a mostly “dead” restaurant in this area is just sad. Like it being closed would have the same impact as it does currently

  Unfortunately would have to say avoid this store. Left out part of my Uber Eats order, no refund was reflected in the cost of my food, and wouldn't answer the phone. Edit: Not even five minutes after I left this review, I called back twice. I was hung up on, both times.
