I came into this location on a busy Sunday morning. The entire lobby was full and from the looks of it, it didn’t seem like there were many staff members. There was one employee, she told us her name was Sage, who was spending her entire morning running around the lobby making sure we were all taken care of. She was without doubt the nicest person I have ever run into in a fast food industry. She checked on us more then once, apologized for the wait, and had a smile and a cheery attitude the whole time. After talking with some of the other customers eating in it seems like they all had very similar experiences with her as well. So I wanted to come on here and take a moment to write her a review just in case none of them did. She absolutely deserves the credit. Even with the wait the entire atmosphere in the lobby was vibrant, not a mad customer in sight.. thanks to Sage. I will absolutely be back!

Until recently, this was a solid location. Food was tasty, employees were friendly, etc. Lately, the drive thru payment window has been lacking. Unfriendly, and they seem to always need to text or check their phone when I’m trying to pay. The last time this happened, I glanced down at her phone (brunette young lady), and she strongly rolled her eyes at me with a scoff.
I’m an older fellow. I know phones are important, but not while you’re taking payment at the window. Where is management?

You know I was excited about coming to try the new “Big Arch” burger. Ever since I tried this location on opening day I never understood the wacky design layout and why you would circle around the whole parking lot just to get in line for the drive through. When there wasn’t any cars I would normally skip driving around and just pull up to the menu with never having a single issue. A few nights ago I pulled in being verbally assaulted by there employee of saying “are you retarded?”… “there’s arrows for a reason” EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to talk to a customer like that. What if I did have a mental health condition? Safe to say I went down the road to Chick Fil A and got some good customer service. 0/10 highly DO NOT recomend!

We have truly never had a good experience with this location. Fries always cold. Orders often not correct and when you go in to have them corrected it takes an act of God to get an employee for help.
