I was there, it was a good experience. It was clean inside and cozy. Girl on the front counter was really sweet and polite. We ordered tenders and wrap, but the crew member told us that it is 6 minutes wait on tenders. But then we got them in was fresh , hot, and wrap was juicy. Thank you guys.

This Wendy's has an AI kiosk. Every time I went to speak, it would speak over me with a question, so I had to repeat myself multiple times before it would pick up what I was ordering. It didn't understand my question about customizing one of my items. At no point was there a human listening who could've stepped in and helped out. So it just kept telling me no. I left.
I can understand the perceived efficiency of the kiosk, but if the machine can not compute a question and if they cannot hire someone intelligent enough to take an order, I don't trust who ever they threw in there to make the food.
If Wendy's can't handle customers, they shouldn't have any.

WARNING: Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Wendy’s at All Cost
I visited the Wendy’s located at 7898 Bradley Long Dr, Sherrills Ford, NC, and it was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any restaurant – fast food or otherwise.
The employee who took my order was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of basic courtesy, I was met with attitude and disrespect. The behavior was so unacceptable that I asked for a full refund and refused to take the food. That’s how bad it was – I would rather leave hungry than be treated that way.
This location is a disgrace to the Wendy’s brand. If corporate leadership cares about its reputation, they should investigate this branch immediately. No paying customer should ever be subjected to such treatment.
I run a YouTube channel with 50,000 subscribers, and I’ve already told my entire audience to stay away from this location and this chain until real changes are made.

I will never return to this Wendy’s, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of places that know how to treat people with basic dignity – this is not one of them
