Both pizzas were hard and unpleasant to eat. The crust on the cheese pizza was not even edible, and the no-cheese pizza was also hard with burnt pepperonis and barely any sauce. When I called to ask about a replacement, I was told that remaking it with more marinara sauce wouldn’t make a difference—which I know isn’t true, since I’ve ordered the same thing from other Pizza Hut locations and from places like Domino’s without these issues. There was plenty of sauce on it too, which mattered since the person eating it is lactose intolerant. They did allow me to switch it out for double breadsticks by bringing the pizza back, which I appreciated. Still, I don’t know if I’ll return to this location. Honestly, I’m kind of over Pizza Hut as a whole since they got rid of their famous pan pizza (and I don’t count the $2 “extra” pan version—it’s just not the same as the one from childhood).

I even had the Latino man call my order out back to me yet it was still wrong Why can’t the store answer the phone. ???? Bad for business. The young girl did replace my pasta though. The people in the actual store were great and the food was superb. Just get rid of the call center crap
