  ordered a pizza and wings on the app and i had a baby roach in my pizza and went i went bck to go get a refund they told me “they didnt have roaches and there was nothing they could do.” absolutely nasty and a horrible franchise period.

  It’s good when it’s on time, but there’s a more than 50% chance you will be waiting 30+ minutes to 1 hour on a small amount of food. The place could be empty and they still would take there sweet time making it. Papa Johns in shelby and boiling springs will forever be #1 pizza spot in shelby. This Pizza Hut, and little Cesar’s down the street are terrible and lazy.

  I was going to do a call in. They used to deliver to my house but all of a sudden they don't deliver here anymore. Called and asked why. I may as well been talking to a first grader. This kid came up with 3 different reasons why they don't deliver here anymore. Then he finally said he didn't know. Asked for a manager and got hung up on.

  Shelby pizza hut has always been decent until the last several months. They can't seem to bake a pizza anymore. I'm about to give up
