  This women (had braids with her hair in a bun) we pulled up to get our food we asked for a sweet and sour sauce like a normal person would… her response was “ If you give me 39 cents” followed up with okay how do we pay you? Can we give our card? Her response was “ I ain’t walkin back I swear to god I hate walking back, I ain’t doing it”then proceeds to scream to someone to give her one because “these stupid customers at the window” very rude and out of no where! Terrible customer service. Coming from someone who works in customer service I would never use this behavior.

  Asked for a cup of water the person at the front gave me a cup and another worker smart mouth said she ain’t getting no water she get soda. This is proof I got water. I don’t drink soda unless I’m home

  Place is straight trash. I have ordered from here 3 times now foods always cold buns hard and the service is just trash. Spent 15 min paying for my food to get no where. Told them to cancel my order I got a thumbs up 👍

  They literally never have a frappe in the morning. Thats all I want, please fix your machines.

  Worst experience. Used the drive-thru and was told to pull around front. Sat there for 25 minutes. Had to go in to get my food and waited another 10 minutes while the manager screamed and cursed at everyone.
