My wife and myself both struggle with using the self order stations, so we waited at the counter to place our order with a person. So the employee rudely asked what it was that we need. We told him we wanted to order and he said no. You have to order over there. We politely asked if we couldn't order with him. He very rudely pointed to the order station and said (YOU HAVE TO ORDER THERE). So in short.. we turned away and went somewhere else. We will not be back I promise.
