Literally evil management making sure customers don’t get their rewards.

First, it took them 45 minutes to get my personal pan pizza out and when they did, they got the topping wrong and then it took another 25 minutes to get it right. I did complain about the time asking how does it take so long for a small pizza. The manager (blonde lady) was very rude and was cursing at me outside thinking I stole a plate, when all I did is put my personal pan pizza on a paper plate and was leaving.
