The coffee machines sometimes work in the morning (it's hit or miss) but literally every single day they suddenly don't work around 3-4 when shift changes happen. I stopped going here for food years ago but when they laugh when you put in an order for a coffee it's so obvious it's "broken" bc they don't want to do their very simple minded job. I will no longer use McDonald's for coffee anymore and will use the seven brew or Starbucks from now on bc both shelby McDonald's locations are trash!
