  They seem to serve the drive thru first. I have been waiting inside for over 30 minutes for a simple order but they are serving just the drive thru.

  When you order French fries and chicken nuggets (no drink) in the drive thru, and they ask you to pull over and wait for your food, and you wait 16 minutes and STILL no one brings it out to you, yet all the cars that came after you were brought their food and left, so you ask an employee about your order and they yell at you, "You just gotta wait!!!" Hell no! Not acceptable. Worst drive thru in town.

  This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have given them 3 chances and each time they are trash. I've never seen a McDonald's suck no matter what time of day it is but this one does. They are slow and have no clue what they're doing. My family will never go back there again.

  Doordashed my order and the receipt was correct but every single item in the sealed bags were incorrect. Had to drive to the location because I couldn't get ahold of my dasher. When I got there, there was a line of people waiting on food and to order and despite there being multiple employees around (about 3 were "cleaning" {looked like they were trying to look busy but not actually doing anything} and a few were in the back) no one came up to the counter to take orders. A gentleman was going back in forth preparing orders did bring a couple orders out but otherwise ignored anyone waiting to order. The patron in front of me got his order and then directed him to me. I explained my situation calmly and politely and noted that I had already received a refund, but I wasn't going to eat the food since it wasn't what we had ordered and that they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed so they didn't need to remake my order. He immediately walked away from me hollering to someone in the back that he was going to go home cuz he "wasn't going to be talked to like that" and disappeared. No one came out to check what happened. They just continued to ignore everyone in the store. This is the third time I've gotten a completely wrong order from here. Clearly staff is illiterate and rude to boot.

  Left the drive through with an incomplete order. Upon discovery, I returned to the store and asked politely for the order to be remade correctly or for a refund. Either would be fine. The front counter worker and manager agree to remake the order and re entered it into the computer. Then proceeded to be slick and put the original food into another bag and give it back. Got a different bag with the same food. Incompetent staff and management will tell customers a lie and a half right to their face. Not worth arguing, should have chosen a different location for lunch, thanks McDonalds!
