  No salt on my fries and they had no salt packets. The girl at the counter looked like she'd rather be getting her teeth pulled than helping me. Do better.

  Every employee acted like they were in a rush. Other than pushing your food at you, there was no customer service provided. I had to yell to the employees in the back to get their attention just to get salt and napkins.

  At about 3:25 a.m.,I ordered a large mocha frappe with a triple shot of espresso through the McDonald's app. The McDonald's app states that the restaurant is open 24 hours, however when I arrived to pick up my prepaid frappe, I was told that the restaurant was closed for breakfast change over and I needed to cancel my online order. I asked how long it will be until they opened, and the McDonald's employee replied "4:45a.m. If you're not open the complete 24 hours, as you advertise on the McDonald's app, then don't state that you are open 24 hours. Across the street from McDonald's was a Burger King that was open when I got to the window to pick up my coffee from Burger King I asked the young lady that worked there if they were open 24 hours and did they ever close down at any point in time to do a breakfast changeover, she replied "yes we are open 24 hours, and no we do not close for changeover on breakfast." McDonald's you really need to improve. It's completely unacceptable to order and prepay for a food item that is advertised as being a 24-hour restaurant on the app, and you guys not fulfilling the prepaid order when someone arrives to pick it up!!

  It seems like most times when I go to McDonald's in general and order 2 double cheeseburgers I always get told to pull forward and wait. It's very frustrating especially if I'm traveling.

  Ordered with mobile app to pick up at drivethrough. When I got the window, the lady was very rude. She said “What you got?!!” I said a double quarter pounder meal. Then she says I need to see your receipt. She then snatched it out of my hand, looked at and said pull to the front by the door. I did and waited about 15 minutes and a worker brings me a medium sized double quarter meal with mustard only on the sandwich )I ordered a regular burger and large size. I then had to show HER my receipt and she want back in. 10 minutes later she comes back out with my bag. The fries box was half empty. I’m pretty sure they took the same meal they brought out the first time and just put the fries in a larger box and added Ketchup, onion and pickles to the burger.
