Oh and a brownie( which was the only hot food received) Cheesesteak pizza is so dry., No lol sauce at all. Wings were decent, pepperoni pizza wasn’t for me. Girl who took out order, did great. Then a family of four showed up and two of them worked there?? So the two went to the line to make their families food???? Before all other orders…Salem and I forgot the other kids name. So mom and dad are on line cooking their kids food and dad was vaping on line?? Talking and distracting the cooks who were clocked in, who were in proper attire, follow health code regulations. Will not go back. Will escalate this if need be to the health department. Worked in the industry for 13 years and NEVER have I seen such disrespect for food and the industry.

I then went back and ordered again after the lady told me that there were 3 crusts…NY (very thin) pan (in between the NY and hand tossed) I told her the pan. I ask for the same toppings, I got pepperoni instead of shredded provolone cheese (I don’t like pepperoni). When I got home I called & tried to tell her (she said she was the “manager” ) the mistakes. She said “ It was made like I had requested” No it was not…she said “we don’t make pan crusts on a “large” I ask her why she didn’t tell me that and she said “Have a nice day and hung up on me!! RUDE!! I tried to call corporate but there is no way to talk to a human. Now I can see why they have such a low rating. I could have handled all the mistakes but the rudeness & disrespect is not acceptable. None of our family will ever go there again.
