  My wife brought me a coffee to work. It was different then what i normally get. I asked her who made it and she said Makayla did. We will definitely be back to get another drink from her. It was better than Starbucks.

  Was greeted with a smile by Makayla and she helped me with my order! She provided excellent customer service! Loved the atmosphere and energy while waiting on coffee! My coffee tasted amazing! Just what I needed to start my day!!!

  My fiancé went to get coffee today and was harassed by staff twice for them wanting his number. He informed them they would not be getting it but was asked again. This should not be happening at an establishment especially by employees.

  This is normally my favorite part of going out but today it was absolutely awful. The girl taking our order had terrible service skills got two of our drinks completely wrong and made us wait an unnecessary amount time bc she told us to pull up when we were the first car and said another girl would take our order only for her to end up coming back realizing she never told them to take our order. By the time she took our order it had been at least 15mins at the front of the line btw we had two large and two smalls and it was clear misunderstanding because one of the larges came as a medium another mistake that took about 5 additional minutes to correct only for both of those large orders to be completely wrong. This has never been a problem for us before service and time is normally extremely excellent. Levi has never gotten our order wrong and is normally very kind and efficient I wish we had him on a day like today he’s the reason we come back and why this review is not one star love him always great.

  This was our first time trying 7 brew. And I will I’m not satisfied.. the employees were very rude and had a attitude… we had asked for a flat lid for a kid cup and one of the workers go to the back and ask for a flat lid and one of the other managers I assume yelled at her and was like a flat lid? Now why would she ask for that and yelling like we obviously could hear her.. then they handed us a cup with the lid not on all the way… and it spilt all in the car turned out the cup was bent they obviously had to have known and we we asked for a remake they acted like it was the hardest thing in the world. Will never be back totally ruined the experience for me and my family. And deff pricey!
