    Coffee was excellent customer. Service LOUSLY. Staff who took our order had no smile, no pleasant anything. Did not assist or suggest for our order. When asked questions had no answer. I thought she was mute. Till I saw her laughing with coworkers inside of "hut". Line was extremely long and wait extremely long considering they have NO FOOD only drinks.

    I came through the drive through with my son and ordered two medicine balls because we aren’t feeling well & the girl handed me the cup and the lid wasn’t on all the way and it spilt on me and all over my car… It’s made with 190• water so i was very upset. She Didn’t offer to remake it or anything she just said sorry…

    This Shelby, NC location has the worst attitude in their employees. If a drink is made wrong, not once, but twice, and the customer politely requests it to be remade the way it was ordered, at no time ever should the customer be called a "pretty, pretty princess" loud enough for the customer in the out lane to be able to hear it. Even after having the drink remade twice, the drink was made incorrectly and tasted so bad it had to be thrown away. This was my first time at a 7 Brew, and it will be my last.

    They’ve really gone down hill lately. My husband waited in a long line while the workers filmed a TikTok. Then today when I went for coffee, I waited 40 minutes to have a coffee that tasted like only milk and a half inch of caramel in the bottom of the drink that was supposed to be 1/4 sweet. I’m not usually one for leaving bad reviews but I think this location should know they’re losing customers. I ended up going to Starbucks after.

    I normally love 7brew and the drinks are always great, but I’m a little frustrated with them after my last visit. I wasn’t able to go yesterday to get the sticker, so as a shot in the dark I asked the girl taking my order this morning if there were any left. She was super nice, said yes and to ask the guy at the register. I asked the guy—again, very nice—and he said he would go check. While he was in the building, I could hear another employee say “tell her we don’t have anymore and even if we did we couldn’t give her one” in a very snarky attitude… the fact that I was in the lane farthest from the building and heard that was shocking. The guy came back and told me that they were out, but obviously didn’t share the rest of what she said. I just responded saying I was bummed and wasn’t able to come yesterday because of work. As I was pulling off, the woman (or another female employee) said “oh, did she ask for a sticker?” and to me it came off snarky as well. I also got an energy drink and didn’t realize the BOGO energy drink deal was happening until after I ordered and was waiting in line for my drinks (which none of the employees mentioned it to me btw). By the time the guy got back and the woman was rude, I didn’t even feel comfortable asking about that… So not only did I not get a sticker (which I get because that was yesterdays promo), but I didn’t get my bogo drink either… even though I was here for that promo. Note I used to work in retail and understand that promos can leave customers and employees feeling irritated… but I am also someone who is always nice to the employees (and have even backed them up when other customers have been rude to them) and I tip every single time. This whole situation is just really frustrating. It’s not even about the sticker or the bogo drink, it’s the fact that I’m a loyal customer and felt like the situation was handled unprofessionally.
