  I hate to have to do this. We love Taco Bell and have been to this one many years. We actually stopped going bc it got so bad. Everytime was a problem and someone with an attitude. I thought at one time it hot better but it’s worse than ever. They weren’t that busy but still made me pull up with 2 cars pulled up already. Then when got food it was all shoved in one bag. Mind you I got a discovery box but no box. So I knew to look before going on. Of course it’s all spilling out and stuffed in bag. I was supposed to get a Gor crunch and didn’t. Pulled around told her and she made it and said give me the taco back. I said ok but I opened it and hope your not giving it to someone. She said throwing away. I was like, so you mess up my order but want taco back to throw away lol. She was aggravated and it was their fault. Then Gor. crunch was cold and not cooked at all. Just a bad experience and it’s EVERYtime. Plz someone fix this place whoever owns it. Omg

  My autistic daughter called to see if they had Baja blast back in stock and she got tongue tied. They ended up hanging up on her. She called back and they hung up again. She called a 3rd time, and the lady yelled at her and wouldn’t allow her to speak, and told her not to call back again, then hung up again. She just wanted a Baja blast.

  Would never complain never like to takes energy , but honestly I was embarrassed in front of my boyfriend I know everyone in drive thru because I see them everyday on my lunch I decided to take my boyfriend there for dinner through drive through and when I went through a new woman was working there who had blonde hair older white, with a horrible attitude everything I said she was extremely short and had the door slammed on my face when I just asked if I could switch my tea from med to large and was gonna pay extra didn’t mind at all so I mean I may not be spending money there for awhile I don’t want to keep running into her. I hope someone takes notice cause my family and I are really laid back ppl only moved here because I’m a nurse and there is great ppl and an amazing hospital.

  Did not have a good experience. Tried their chicken nugget box for the 1st time. Nuggets were old, chalupa shell was raw. Would not recommend this location.

  Absolutely love the food at this location. The crew was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the discovery Luxe box and everything was not only super delicious and made absolutely correctly but when I opened the box the presentation was absolutely on point whoever made this box definitely did their Learning Zone. You guys are great keep up the good work you rock night shift keep it going
