  Ordered a deluxe fish sandwich. Manager says, uh “we gonna have to make it.”Sandwich was wrong. I asked to have it fixed. Still wrong. Biscuit I ordered was also hard as a rock and cold.

  Worst damn Bojangles ever and I mean that. The service is horrible and the food is terrible, Burnt biscuits every time. Hire people that actually wanna work and take pride in what they do instead of just looking for a check.

  After ordering an item the guy behind the counter made the statement "You dont want that". Not being sure what that meant I said "okay" and while continuing to order he also made the statement that he just didnt feel like making that. Sad, sad day in time when people can just decide that don't want to do their job and do so without conviction or consequence.

  We showed up a bit before lunch, only to find the crew short on no-show crew members. The "sweet" tea was spot on, the rice bowls were tasty, the biscuits were not good and the chicken wings were tasteless.
