  7 Brew is a really good drive-thru coffee spot. The drinks come out fast, the workers are super friendly, and they have tons of flavors so you can make your drink exactly how you like it. Their energy drinks and flavored iced coffees are especially popular. Prices can be a little high depending on what you get, but overall it’s a fun, convenient place to grab something sweet and get your day going.

  Normally I love coming here. However the past 4 or 5 times I’ve been here I’ve gotten the same employee and she is so incredibly rude. She has a terribly pissed off look on her face and never smiles at you even when taking your order. She does not greet you in any way. The first words out of her mouth are either “number?” Or “what would you like?” The other day she didn’t even flip the tablet towards me for a tip. Just tapped my card and quickly turned away while passive aggressively saying have a nice day. Today she was working at the very front of the line where they hand you your drinks. She didn’t say a SINGLE WORD to me. Did not confirm my order with me or anything. When the coffees came out she just handed them to me and didn’t tell me what they were and then shoved two straws in my face. After that she didn’t say anything to me no have a nice day no nothing. Just continued to stare off blankly with a pissed off look on her face. I cannot be the only customer who has had a negative interaction with this girl. And it is seriously making me not want to come here anymore.

  Our experience at this location has always been good until today. 11/6/2025 at 1:30PM and whoever you had on the mainline who didn't engage a greeting, nor a thank you. Simply stated 'number?' while looking grossly upset that she had to be working there today. I work in customer service and while some days are harder than others, we always manage to greet and thank each customer no matter how we feel. I'd highly advise a retraining as we almost drove off.

  The coffee taste great, but recently what’s been happening is that when you go to pay at your vehicle they tell you to press the button for the amount of tip you wanna give, and they watch you the entire time to see which tip option you select, which I think is very unprofessional, they need to find a much more discrete option and not make their customers feel pressured. We’re already paying 6 to 8 dollars for one drink.

  Tonight I came through the drive through after work. Chance took my order. He could tell has rough day. I had rough few weeks actually. He was so kind and patient. I coke through often each time I come through everyone so nice and kind. Always so excited to see me. Tonight it was little different. Felt little more welcome then I have in the past and seem like everyone picked up I had rough day. Aniston, Tucker, Sophia and Peyton all came to say hello and they made my drinks with love. It's nice to come to place and people are so excited to see you especially knowing you had rough day and just made my day. I hope the manager knows what a true gem she has with each and everyone of them time. Not just them but there are few other people too. They always seem to go the extra mile. I really appreciate the kindness that was shown towards me tonight. It put a smile on my face after long week. I'm truly grateful for kind caring compassionate staff. Thank you to guys for making me feel better tonight. 💖✨
