If I could give a one star I would absolutely the worst service ever and the representative at the window had the nastiest attitude.

I visited Wendy’s on April 13, 2026 around 5:00 PM and had a very disappointing experience.
I ordered a 10-piece nugget combo, and when I got my food, the nuggets were hard and the fries were not fresh at all. After getting off work, I went back to return the combo. I was told I had to come inside for an exchange. I explained that I was tired, didn’t have shoes on, and preferred to stay in my car, but they refused to accommodate me.
I went back through the drive-thru, and when I got to the window, an employee handed me a replacement bag. The bag was extremely greasy, and the food did not seem fresh at all—it honestly felt like the same old nuggets and fries were re-fried and given back to me. What made it worse was the way the staff was looking at me when I received the food, which made the whole situation feel very uncomfortable.
The manager never came to the window after I was told to come inside, and the customer service overall was poor. I’m very dissatisfied with both the food and how the situation was handled. It’s upsetting to feel like your food may have been tampered with or not handled properly.
I will not be visiting this location no time soon. If I wasn’t so tired I would get out my car and go get my refund, $11 is a lot of money just to throw away.

Fries were at least an hour old and cold. Sandwiches were "thrown together". Not a good experience at all.

I went there today it was a little busy no biggie, there was 3 people in front of us, we get to the register and the manager lets the cashier go on break walks around talking to the 5 to 7 other staff members and is filling orders… mind you at this point its been ruffly 10 mins already waiting at this point to the manager making eye contact with me multiple times and NOT once did he say ma’am ill be right with you or we are in the middle of a shift change give us a few nothing… just going about his day as if me my husband and the 6 people behind me didn’t exist or weren’t even standing there! So yes i got pissed and said some ugly comments and walked out and went 2 doors down to the Hardee’s where i was greeted almost instantly and was told I’ll be right with you!! I am a store manager and the very least your job duty in any business is to acknowledge the customer is there and waiting patiently!!! I will Never go back to this Wendy’s ever!! And just really disappointed in the lack of service i received at this location!!!

Ordered $50 worth of feed and was missing a burger. Went back in and the person making food acted like she had given to us. Had attitude about having to make it.
