Portion size, 2x smaller than what's pictured on the menu, old stale bread, over cooked chicken and bacon. I mean, the bacon was so hard it almost broke a tooth, and those seasoned wedge potatoes.... Just thinking about them makes me wanna puke! Tasted like they were cooked in oil about six different times.
