  Wendy's has gotten really pricy and has eliminated most of their reasonably priced food options even within the app. We stopped eating at Wendy's on a regular basis when they started their worst partnership ever with Netflix's macabre, grotesque, dark, and sarcasm filled Wednesday which is the opposite of everything that Wendy's has been - family friendly, clean, fun and affordable. I remember reading an article also about their app overhaul where they removed most offers from the app and made things less affordable for people because they thought that customer's were overwhelmed by the options. I understand as a chain they are struggling, but hopefully they can get someone in charge that understands the brand and value unlike the people that implemented the Wednesday's promotion, Cracker Barrel changes, and other naive newb marketing flops with beloved brands.

  Chicken wrap had about 6 pieces of cheese and lettuce, no tea available, fries were over cooked and workers main goal was to get you checked out so he could go waste time with friends

  The food is fresh, the employees polite! But you guys have such an issue with your drive-through people don’t pull around like they’re supposed to and they cut other cars off and my car was almost damaged because someone cut the line so if you guys could put up barriers that would be much safer for your customers. Thank you

  Order was wrong, meat was chewy, lettuce was old and soggy. I'll never eat in the Smithfield store again!

  I went to Wendy today and there a nice sweet lady that was taking our order in Wendy and the manager got on the speaker and started being rude on the speaker telling us that we can’t order 2 different order at one time and we want even being rude and so we went in to talk to the manager and he was like where your manager he was like I am the manger and I was like where your manager over you and he was like I own this Wendy and this my store there no other manger his name is Willie very rude don’t need to be a manger
