I have placed several phone orders.. today, I was hung up on twice, the third call a different person answered and took my order!! I get to the drive up window and I wait 5 minutes as several different workers walked past, getting a drink of their drink, and 2 females standing there chatting.. I had to honk and wave to get someone’s attention. The excuse I got was we only have one cashier over here.. well, say that to people placing orders.. then I spoke with someone in charge, who’s only response was my manager will be back in a few minutes then you can get a discount.. I didn’t ask for a discount but a sincere apology, or saying you are understaffed and sorry for your wait.. What has happened to customer service?? I will never patronize this establishment again. Sorry but my time is valuable too..
