    I am 45 years old, to some that may be old, can someone please tell me why is it that when you walk into a fast food restaurant today you can literally be standing at the counter for several minutes (often 5, or even more), without a single employee simply acknowledging your presence. Its absolutely mind boggling. Can someone please teach the simple, yet foundational princible always greet your customers" acknowledge that we are here!

    My husband and I stopped by the new Selma location after work around 2:30 pm. This was our 2nd trip to this new location. The cashier (Ethan) was very rude! He never smiled, or even acted.like he wanted to take our order. He asked for a name for the order twice I'm assuming because of his lack of interest in helping us. The counter was dirty and sticky from the drinks. My husband saw our drinks on the counter with no lids or straws. A women said they were getting ready to put the lids on and he said he can go get his own lids and straws. Really? In all the years we have been going to Chik fil A I have never seen an employee so rude. In addition my nuggets for the most part were a shade of Grey that was not appetizing. I know everybody has an off day sometimes, but I would definitely get Ethan off the front line before he really offends someone.

    I honestly didn't think the drive-thru could get worse than the old location, but it is. It's a bigger parking lot, with multiple drive-thru lanes, and they still can't figure it out. I've never seen the far lane utilized, and why have a mobile thru option If you have to wait in the same line as everyone else? I never had the wait times at the old location that I've had here. It's got to get better.

    Don’t bother going to this location unless you have extra time to wait. Went for dinner the other night and it took forever to get a dine in order. Decided to try again at 11am today with a mobile order and the results were even worse. Restroom was extremely dirty for 11am as well. Trash overflowing in the bathroom and outside the restaurant. To think that this location isn’t even at its busiest yet since the shopping area isn’t complete.

    Used to love this Chick-fil-A but since moving it has been the slowest service. Also mobile thru what is the point in having it if you’re going to block the lane. Just ordered mobile thru so it could be quicker and literally have been stuck in line for 20 mins waiting to even get into mobile thru! The guy even walked to me to take my order and I’m like I literally already ordered but I can’t even go get my order bc I’m stuck in the regular line!!! And then merging into a full reg line bc you have the outside lane closed. Please get it together
