  First of all when I came in here a month ago it was PERFECT. They should hire NEW people. I came in here today it was a MESS. I ordered 2 avocolada smoothies and they gave me a totally different smoothie and 1 avocolada. The workers are slow and maya kept digging in her ears and sending streaks. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. LOVEEE the white boy with the blue eyes that gave us no issue remaking our smoothie! Also the lady with the dark blue hat is a hard worker!

  I’ve been coming to this location pretty consistently for awhile, food is delicious and so are the smoothies. However it can take awhile for you to get your food (not a diss, just don’t come here if you’re in a rush) and some of the staff can be very rude, one employee in particular who I wish wore a name tag so I could complain properly.

  Doordashing has never been an issue at this store until the last two weeks... No matter how many people are in the store, you're gonna wait.At least fifteen twenty minutes for your order.While everyone is behind the counter, cutting up joking, laughing and playing instead of working and getting their job done. It's starting to become a routine that I have to unassign from my orders.Because of the length of time, i'm waiting and it's just a waste of time after a certain length of time. This has only been in the last couple weeks, but it is starting to get worse.

  This location has gone completely downhill, and I’m saying that as someone who has been coming here long enough to know the difference between when it was run properly and whatever this is now. For the record, I used to come here regularly with my daughter when the place was actually halfway decent. I know the managers by name. So when I say what’s happening with the reviews looks shady, that’s not speculation that’s based on watching the pattern. Negative reviews mysteriously disappear (mine included about bugs in the bathroom) while management accounts jump in to respond to everything else or comment positive false reviews (not going to mention names they know who they are) to artificially boost the rating. That may help the score look pretty online, but it doesn’t fix the actual problems inside the store. Case in point: the açaí bowls are freezer burnt again. Not chilled freezer burnt. The same issue this location supposedly corrected before. Apparently quality control packed its bags and went AWOL. You can clean up a review page all you want, but you can’t clean up a bad product or poor standards by pretending the complaints don’t exist. Customers notice. And the more you try to bury it, the more obvious it becomes.
