  I sent my mom to get us some subs and wraps and she asked to get one of the protein wraps with no pickles and substitute the sauce for mayo. The lady behind the bar refused and said she couldn't take the pickles off because at the end of the day everything has to be accounted for. With a very poor attitude. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. Very disappointed in this location. I know alot of people in this area and I will make sure to blacklist this location from now on.

  I went on the subway app to find a location on my route for curbside service to make a quick route to a meeting at my child’s school. I found this location and placed my order. When I arrived I pulled into the spot with the subway curbside sign and clicked “I’m here” in the app. I waited 10 min. They did not seem to be busy so I tried to call the number listed online but each time the call did not go through so I tried the number for circle k - the lady I spoke to brought the phone over to subway. The lady who answered was rude and proceeded to tell me they just tried to call me as I informed them I have no missed calls or voice mail on my phone. She then told me they don’t do curbside and I would have to go in. I’m already behind getting to my meeting. I also found her comment hard to believe as I was literally parked in the spot that said Subway curbside… at this point it just sounded like lazy staff. I do not recommend this location.

  Terrible service had 4 customers waiting out front while they both talked in the back for 10 plus mins when one of them could have stepped out and helped the customers. Then on top of that had us waiting 10 plus mins to make the subs. The manager on duty needs to be fired or replaced because she cant run a store.

  Came here to get two tuna subs. Black lady informed me they were only taking online orders at 7:05pm. She had a snotty attitude and just didn't seem like she wanted to be there or bothered by customers; after this service, ditto. Won't return. I truly hate they closed down the one on 87; the workers there were always nice and they always had tuna. :/

  My wife and I entered this store at 7:30 pm on Saturday February 21 2026 to order at the subway. We walked up to the counter and were informed by the "sandwich artist" that she only had 2 loaves of bread left and she was holding them for an online order than may come in. I informed her that I was there with money NOW to purchase food but she refused me service and began to get loud. So I did return the loudness and I was told to not come back to this store. We left and went to Bojangles and had the best chicken sandwich I ever had. This lady should be fired and never allowed to be a "sandwich artist" again. We will never eat at another Subway. Especially this one. Its nasty. And the workers are rude and obviously in prepared at 7: 30 pm to deal with customers when they even close until 10pm. Forget about a customer service line... Subway didn't feel it necessary.
