  Upon arriving everything was very chaotic the person at the register struggled to get my order right and to make matters worse I came to this location specifically so my kids could play in the play area. They had it closed for a corporate meeting all day! I’m sorry take your meeting to a main office because now you’re taking away from your customers experience. My kids were extremely upset. McDonald’s this bad planning on your part

  This McDonald's is very disappointing come up here for doordash orders ain't no one paying attention or can get there shit together a very unorganized McDonald's once they acknowledge you one time they dont find the need to acknowledge you again or they just dont acknowledge you at all. Alot of the places place in sanford are getting bad like seriously we are out here trying to make money to we shouldn't have to stand there waiting all day for an order to be made. Its called multi tasking!!!!!

  I came to order my food and was waiting on it to finish and it took over ten minutes so I sat down at a table to continue waiting. The woman calls my name then immediately runs into the back giving me no time to even stand up and walk to the counter. WTH

  I arrived at McDonald’s with a simple dream: chicken nuggets. Ten small golden soldiers of happiness. Instead, I was handed a fish sandwich. No warning. No explanation. Just aquatic betrayal. I opened the bag and the Filet-O-Fish was sitting there like it had been waiting for me… like it KNEW what it did. I never ordered fish. I never even hinted at fish. I don’t even look at the ocean like that. Somewhere out there, my nuggets are missing. Possibly scared. Possibly being eaten by someone who didn’t order them either. This is bigger than all of us. McDonald’s, I’m not saying there’s a fish-based conspiracy happening in your kitchen… but I am asking questions. Justice for my nuggets.
