- DMDaniel McleodDec 12, 20251.0Absolutely abysmal customer service. Sat and waited almost 20 minutes for an order placed online that was placed 20 minutes before I even showed up to the store. One employee "working" while another sat in the back and then sat in the dinning room. This is a garbage store and needs to just be shut down. There is absolutely no reason for this store to exist. Close down so there is available for an actual successful business to run.

- SDSteve DennyJun 27, 20133.02 lazy guys working. All the tables had remnants of former diners on them, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. The guy who made my sub skimped on the meat then proceeded to throw 2 handfuls of jalapeño peppers(more than double what is usually on a sub) onto my sub and left them all clumped together. I had to remove almost half of the peppers myself. He made my sub one handed not really interacting with me. While I was eat they stopped working and sat around in the dining area drinking their soda and playing on their phones. I know its fastfood but you do have a job to do. Wont be back to this establishment.
