    Came by at night for a sweet treat and When I order my drinks,I always add extra toppings or ingredients because I’m allowed to personalize my coffee with obviously paying Extra(that’s a dead given at any establishment)I was told for the first time that I’m not allowed to add whip cream on top of my cold foam and “HAD TO CHOOSE ONE”I could hear a lady over the speaker telling the gentleman taking my order.I told him that I always pay extra for my add-ons and they use a dome lid to accommodate my request.I believe I heard her telling him”JUST DO IT”.Im never the person to complain but I don’t like rudeness and laziness.Im a paying customer not a panhandler asking for free things.I hope that lady isn’t a manager because she needs to step down a take training course.Next time she can back talk herself personally and not behind the speaker.

    Excellent location, great, fresh food items and well mixed coffee! The staff were professional and always are as this is my regular location for getting a nice coffee.

    Been coming here for years & getting the same thing but lately my medium coffee has been less than 3/4 full. Today it tasted and looked like just milk and some syrup there is no way there was actually coffee in my drink. Very disappointed lately. Had to switch to other coffee shops along with my friends.
