I’ve had 2 encounters with her at the drive thru. I order some food and while ordering I had a friend on my car Bluetooth. We were asking for two items and the person said we don’t have it anymore the next item was ice tea with our meal someone replied on the speaker sorry we’re out of that too. My friend on my car radio said, “ Dag they out of everything they need to close.” This assistant manager comes on the speaker to say tell her we don’t need to close we have tea rudely! So I complete the order drive forward wait on food. I look she poured something from another bag into my bag. When she opened the window I ask, “ma’am what did you just pour in my bag. She replied with a very nasty attitude Ma’am it was fried and ranch” ok well why you taking food from another bag to give me. She said Ma’am you have a good night closed the window and walked away. Another employee saw me at the window came to see what was wrong so I asked for the manager she comes to the window with her nasty attitude as well. One word lead to the next I asked for their names and called American Dairy Queen left my complaint with the representative and no one has followed up like they said they would. We went again two days later and the crew that was working this time was very nice even handed a free sundae for my wait time on food.
