The manager Diane was absolutely amazing in ensuring I felt safe. I asked if someone would be willing to walk with me to my car to move it and Tiara volunteered (she was very friendly!) but Diane said she would. She shows excellent leadership with her team and ensuring both her customers and team are safe and comfortable. I appreciate how the situation was handled. On a side note, the restaurant looked very clean. This is the Dairy Queen I will personally come to, as a customer, for the customer service alone. Any manager who cares about her customers/delivery drivers that way, gets my business 100%! The entire team was very friendly and welcoming as well.
