Let's start with the positive. Good food, good atmosphere.
Now im taking straight from a take out perspective. I work nearby and occasionally order from this restaurant. There service is so slow, I will now no longer order there.
For instance tonight, ordered 10 wings, and some chips with salsa. Order placed at 712. App says to pick up at 730. (I know this resturant is slow, so I generally wait to pick it up). I went in at 750. I left at 815 with food. For 10 wings... chips that don't require any cooking...
At 8 00 I was pretty frustrated. I asked the lady upfront about canceling my order, and she was very helpful about just canceling it. But she did make no effort to retain a customer or even save the order. Which is fine because I asked about canceling.

Would NOT recommend getting takeout from here as they dont seem to care about your order. This is only my 2nd review... ever.
And lastly, this happened on over 10 orders. This was not a one time thing. I finally just had enough and made the post and will not spend money there anymore.

Wait time is insane, and they're not even busy.... are to go orders, and door dash just forgotten about? There's six of us standing here, and the longest one has been here 10 minutes longer than me, I've been here 28 minutes.....ridiculous

Theresa is a horrible general manager.. Please hire a new one. She was rolling her eyes and denying that I was sick from their food. Her server handled our refund beyond means, and was able to issue the refund because Theresa didn’t know how to. I was throwing up and literally having liquid come out of my bottom after eating here. I had to pull over and throw up again.. Mind you, this was about 2 1/2 hours after eating there. It can take anywhere from 2-6 hours for food poisoning to kick in. I’d rather give my money to the Fayetteville location.. Please replace her.

I've been here several times, but writing this because of my most recent experience. I was placing an online order for pickup at a different location. The website is broken and I wasn't able to submit the order after many attempts, ensuring I selected the proper location. After giving up, I placed the order through the mobile app....and forgot to ensure the proper location was selected. I didn't notice until we arrived to pick up and there was no order. 100% my fault. I called this location, where my order actually ended up, and let them know what happened and that they can discard the order as I wasn't coming. I did not ask for nor expect to receive my money back. They had the food ready and waiting for me, they did nothing wrong. Today I noticed that they had refunded the entire cost of the order back to my card. Thank you!
Also, if you're going here to eat inside, bring a coat, hat, and gloves. It is VERY cold:)
