  Everytime I go to the drive thru I order the same thing, 3 piece dinner DARK meat, and every single time they put whatever the hell they grab first. Its not hard to read a ticket and properly prepare a customers food, if you have ever worked fast food or food industry in general you would know, once or twice every now and then is okay, but every single time I go I always HAVE to check the bag to make sure they didn’t mess up like they always do. This time around going inside and asking for my correct order a worker named Tyonna was questioning everything and had an attitude the whole time, she wasn't even the one that was helping me she just appeared for whatever reason trying to debate MY order. I always either order through the speaker or already place the order online. You can ONLY select either Dark or White meat on the app so for her to tell her coworker it doesn’t say white or dark meat is wrong. The Bojangles in Market Place near tramway is way better than this poorly managed location. Remodeled the building but didn't bother properly training and teaching their employees.

  Night crew tonight (1/17/26) was awesome! Super sweet and friendly, the food came out amazing, got everything right. Best bojangles I think I’ve ever been to.
